I bet you can\'t tell me... what this most important factor
is when setting your goals?

Setting your goals is really not hard work. In fact it\'s
very easy. Then how come so many people never reach their
goals or don\'t set them period. Let me show you 3 easy
steps in setting your goals.

Step 1.

Write your goals down.

There a good reason why you need to write it down. It\'s
like making a commitment. When you write things down you
are challenging yourself. Not you have something to measure.

Write your goals down on a piece of paper or index card.
Post them everywhere you can see them. On the bathroom
mirror, the frigerator,in your car, everywhere.

What you are doing here is building a positive belief
system. But it can only happen by putting it in writing
first.

Good News. When you write down your goals you\'re
maybe 50% there. If you don\'t why go further.

Step 2:

Develop the Why for your goal.

If the way is big enough the how doesn\'t matter. You may
have heard that before. Well, it\'s true.

The why must be broken down into a emotion. What\'s that.

Let me explain.

If you\'re goal is to \"Paying off all your bills\"

Well, Why? Why, do you want to.

You say, \"To be happy\" Why,?

\"To be able to spend time with the kids.\" Again, Why?

Maybe when I was a kid my mom would go out to
work and I\'d miss her. I wanted her there and I want to
be there for my kids now.

Can you feel that? Does that paint a better picture of the
Why? Break it down where you can\'t go any further.

Step 3:

Act AS IF it already happen

The imagination is a very powerful thing. It can\'t tell
reality from make belief.

If you act like it happened it will happen or it is true.

Take your goals and start now. Imagine them in your
mind,twice a day.

Focus on them happening. Focus on the positive and positive
will happen. Focus on anything else and that will probably
happen too. That\'s only a law of nature.

The thing is you control your attitude, your thoughts. If
you believe that. You must choose.

Choose to act as if you are what you set your goals to be.

Think about it like this..\"If you shoot for the stars and
come up short you will still hit the moon.\" I didn\'t think
of this first.

In fact, nothing here is new. You just need to hear it
again and again from time to time.
